Transparent Hourly Rates
All local moves are billed hourly with a 2-hour minimum, then in 30-minute increments for fairness and accuracy

Travel Fees & Mileage
Travel fees are based on the round-trip distance between our dispatch location and the customer’s address
1–30 miles RT → Free
31–50 miles RT → $175 flat fee
51–75 miles RT → $225 flat fee
Beyond 75 miles RT → $3 per mile (round trip)
Common Add-Ons & Accessorials
Overnight Truck Hold: $250 first night; $100 each additional day
Elevator Fee: $50
Stair Carry (per flight of stairs): $50
Long Carry (≥ 100 ft): $75
Stand-By Time: Billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments
Packing Services: Available at hourly rates with materials billed per tariff
Specialty Items: Gun safes, pianos, and large TVs priced per tariff Section 6
Valuation Coverage & Peace of Mind
Every move includes basic liability coverage at $0.60 per lb per item, with the option to upgrade to Full Value Protection for $25 per $1,000 declared value (minimum $150)
Deposits & Cancellations
Standard Bookings: 25% deposit (refundable minus 10% fee if canceled >72 hrs before move)
Short-Notice Bookings (<48 hrs): 50% deposit (non-refundable)
Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: $250 or 10% of move total, whichever is greater
